People with Tourette's, autism, or other neurodivergent difficulties don't have much control over when they cuss. They often do it impulsively. And also, if you don't like to hear cuss words, don't watch those people. What do you plan on gaining out of ranting about it?
"All" is a stretch, and it's probably because they get too passionate and competitive when playing games.
