I don't know if it's a me thing, but whenever I go on YouTube, I always get an ad in the first minute of whatever video. No matter if it's an 8 minute video or an hour+ long video, there's always an ad that pops up. Not a banner ad, but like an entire mid-roll ad (or ads, idk).
Never once in my years of YouTube where I've seen ads pop up that early.
