Zutto Mayonaka de Iinoni (Japanese: ずっと真夜中でいいのに。, translated to English as "I Wish It Was Midnight At The Time"; abbreviated in English as Zutomayo) is a Japanese music rock group.[2]

Content[]

The group hasn't released much information about themselves, except that the only reoccurring member is the vocalist, a woman named "ACA-Ne" (ACAね), pronounced "Akane". In every song, different singers and musicians are hired.

The group debuted in 2018 with their song[3] "Bite the Second Hand (Byoshin o Kamu)". The video was extremely popular, and was followed by the group's concert at Daikanyama Loop in Tokyo, however they concealed their identities through opaque glass. On October 30 of the same year, the group's first album Hisohiso Banashi (潜潜話), was released. Most of the next music videos they released were very popular and successful.

All of their music videos are animated, and they belong to the label EMI Japan.
