Bushiroad Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社ブシロード) is a Japanese entertainment company established on May 18, 2007 by Takaaki Kidani in Tokyo, Japan. Its business was started from collectible card game branding promotion.
Bushiroad created and owns various media franchises such as Tantei Opera Milky Holmes, D4DJ, and BanG Dream!, ..., etc. in the Japanese anime, comic, and game industry. It was also mostly-known in sports especially wrestling industry since the merge and acquisition for New Japan Pro-Wrestling in 2012.
Bushiroad started its YouTube activity for its subcompany Bushiroad Movie since November 22, 2010. Some of channels for Bushiroad's subcompanies were established afterward for gaming and music information. To integrate the publication platform for all the markets, Bushiroad created the enterprise group channel "Bushiroad Official Channel" in English and Japanese (named as "ブシロード公式チャンネル") on December 8, 2015 and November 14, 2017 respectively.
After the establishment for the Japanese enterprise channel, Bushiroad decided to suspend video announcements for subcompany channels' including "ブシロードブシモ" (Bushiroad Bushimo, aka Bushiroad Mobile), "ブシロードムービー" (Bushiroad Movie), and "ブシロードミュージック" (Bushiroad Music) with consideration of developments for respective media franchises (D4DJ, and BanG Dream!, ..., etc.).
