落夕i森梦and紫曦a (English: Luoxi loves Senmeng and Zixi) is a Taiwanese YouTube channel that reuploaded videos from the Chinese video-sharing platform Xigua, and now uploads gaming videos.
Channel[]
Luoxi's channel was created on August 19, 2020, as shown on YouTube.[1] Most of Luoxi's videos are reuploads from Xigua.[citation needed] Over 3,200 videos were reuploaded from Xigua, all later deleted when the channel was stormed with copyright claims by the original content creators. Luoxi now primarily uploads videos about Mini World: CREATA.[2]
Creation[]
There are two speculations about the creation of this channel, though both largely unverified:
- Luoxi was originally a creator on Xigua, who eventually decided to delete the original videos and upload them to YouTube. Due to prolonged unpopularity, she tried to reupload others' content without permission, which started gaining popularity. She started uploading videos from popular Xigua creators including Senmeng and Zixi.
- This channel is not actually owned by Lixua, the former creator on Xigua; someone uploaded all of Lixua's videos, and when the original Xigua account was deleted, the channel's owner started reuploading popular Xigua videos to YouTube.
