100 Days (stylized as 100days) is a YouTube channel, launched on August 11, 2016.[1] This channel follows John Green (from vlogbrothers) and his best friends Chris Waters, both of whom have set a goal of improving their fitness and health over a one hundred day period, all while having that full process recorded and documented on their YouTube channel.[2]
They considered themselves as averagely unfit guys in their then late 30s, so they had to learn from the experts how to make sustainable changes in their lives and have a healthy and productive midlife crisis.[1] They stopped uploading on June 20, 2017, as they have fulfilled their goal.[3]
History[]
The channel was created on August 11, 2016, and began uploading on September 13, 2016.[2] However, the challenge begun on January 7, 2017.[4] On April 11, 2017, the guys finished the 100 day challenge.[5] Afterwards, they began uploading outtakes and extras before they stopped uploading.[6][7][3]
