Naseem Rafeeq Young,[1] better known professionally as 2Rare, is an American rapper and singer known for his music.

Channel[]

Young created his channel on August 26, 2018, and he uploaded his first video on October 8, 2018.[2] He uploads music videos and audio to his channel.

Personal Life[]

Young was a football player during his high school years, believing the sport would be "his lane". Originally from Philadelphia, he temporarily moved to Los Angeles due to issues. He eventually returned to Philadelphia where he discovered that his prolonged absence had barred him from returning to class, leading to his separation from football.[3]

Career[]

In 2019, Young released the single "Big Bag", which landed him a joint venture with a few record labels. In 2020, he began gaining success with the release of his single "Big Drippa".

In January 2022, he released the song "Cupid", which went viral on TikTok. In June 2022, he appeared in the music video for rapper Drake's song "Sticky", having a dance battle with Young.[4]

In August 2022, he released his song "Q-Pid" with a feature from Lil Durk.

In October 2022, he appeared on NLE Choppa's single "Do It Again" and in its music video.[5]
