48 Hours is an American mystery television show and YouTube channel aired by CBS. It is known for its stories involving drama, news, etc. It started at September of 1986 and has not gotten discontinued since.[1]

In September 1986, 48 Hours started as a channel called 48 Hours on Crack Street, which talked about a drug crisis affecting the U.S. It showed the events in a 48-hour time span, hence the channel's name.[2]
Channel[]
The channel was created on June 14, 2013, and the first video was uploaded on September 19, 2013.[3] The channel uploads clips from their show, as well as events not appearing in the show, usually behind the scenes.[4][5] They also upload full episodes.[6][7]
