―7NEWS Australia’s slogan

7NEWS Australia, otherwise known as Seven News or 7NEWS, is an Australian televised news service of Seven Network. The news service was founded in 1958.

History[]

7NEWS launched in 1958, and is one of the longest running news services in Australia. On the service, shows would be published, and later on, news broadcasts. 7NEWS’ ratings would go high around 2007, beating many other related news channels, including Nine News and 10 News First. Many bulletins were announced for the broadcast in 2013, and were put up in 2014.

7NEWS would get into a few controversies later on, including one incident that occurred in 2011. Tony Abott, a famous politician, spoke about the recent death of a soldier, but 7NEWS edited the clips, which made their ratings go low.

Channel[]

The channel was created on July 21, 2006, and the first video was uploaded on April 29, 2019. The channel uploads clips from their show, mainly about news. 7NEWS also has two other channels, titled as 7NEWS Spotlight and 7NEWS Vault, where the channels upload similar content as 7NEWS Australia.
