Austin Harrouff[citation needed] (born: 1997–1998 [age 26–27]),[2] better known online as A.Frost (also known as AustiFrosti)[citation needed], is an American[citation needed] former YouTuber and musician known for his bodylifting videos, along with his music.[3][4]

In August 2016, he was arrested after killing Michele Mishcon and John Stevens III, and eating one of the victims.[5]

History[]

He joined YouTube on March 8, 2016, and began uploading on the same day.[6] On March 8, 2016, he uploaded his only short on the channel.[7] Soon, on May 28, 2016, he uploaded his first audio track, which is a freestyle rap song from his LP, Make Trap Great Again.[8] However, on August 11, 2016, he uploaded his last video.[9] This was uploaded days before his arrest.

Murder[]

On August 15, 2016, he went out to a restaurant, however, he left after not speaking for a while. After leaving, he took a jog outside to his mother's house. He went into the home, and took a drink of vegetable oil, in which he drunk half of it. Before going back to the restaurant, he confronted his father, and attempted to hit him for an unknown reason. Soon, after staying in the restaurant, he saw a figure staring at him, and eventually, screamed and ran away. Eventually, Austin murdered two people in a garage. One person called 911 alerting that Austin is in a garage beating a woman. Police arrived, and saw the woman's body being unrecognizable. Next to her were two men, one of them being wrapped around a man with his face placed on his abdomen. Eventually, the man that was being wrapped around turned out to be Austin, who was covered in blood with his mouth being filled with flesh. Police attempted to stop the situation, however, he kept on eating the body. The victims involved were identified as Michele Mishcon and John Stevens III, who were pronounced dead at the scene.[10]

Arrest and trial[]

He was arrested the same day he committed the double-murder, and was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder.[11] On November 22, 2022, he was found not guilty by reason of insanity, and had to stay at a mental health facility until he was deemed safe.[12][13][14] He was transferred to a state hospital in January 2024.[15]
