Stephen Ng, better known online as Actually Stephen, is a Canadian former YouTuber who created weekly livestreams and animations. His stream mainly consisted of Q&A/AMA's featuring his brother Gavin Ng (also known simply as Gav), who is also a moderator from his Discord server, the videos also relatively frequently features a friend of Stephen, Hosuh.
He currently takes part in Plan 3 along with Hosuh and Hart.
He is also known for formerly being a part of DanPlan.

Stephen created his channel on July 21, 2019. He uploaded his first video "Actually, I Quit DanPlan" 5 months later on January 20, 2020.
Departure from DanPlan[]
On January 4, 2020, Stephen uploaded a video called "Actually, I Quit DanPlan" in which he talked about how Daniel (the owner of the DanPlan channel) was under-paying and disrespecting Stephen for his work on the channel.
After this, other DanPlan affiliates such as OddJayAlter shared their views of working with Daniel.
