Adam Jones,[1] better known online as adamynyrardd, is a Welsh YouTuber who makes gardening videos. His videos are in both Welsh and English.[2][3]
Personal life[]
Adam is from the Amman Valley, Carmarthenshire, and has been gardening for over fifteen years.[4] He began gardening at the age of three, starting in his grandfather’s garden.[5]
He married his wife, Sara, in 2019.[6]
Media appearances[]
Adam regularly contributes regularly to BBC Radio Cymru (Wales) programmes, including a monthly slot on the Welsh Breakfast Show on BBC Radio Cymru 2.[5]
He was invited to S4C’s Prynhawn Da (Good Afternoon) to discuss gardening and his 2021 Gardening Calendar. He regularly contributes gardening items to Prynhawn Da.[5]
In March 2020, he worked with the National Botanic Garden of Wales to create twenty English-Welsh bilingual gardening videos. He continues to work with the project regularly.[5]
Dere i Dyfu[]
In October 2021, Adam’s Welsh-language book, Dere i Dyfu, was published. It teaches children how to grow seeds, flowers, fruit, and vegetables.[7]

Adam uploaded his first video, Grafftio Rhosyn / The easiest way to graft a rose, on June 8, 2020.[8]
