I'm hungry....

―Albert_cancook's quote when a delivered food is missing.

Albert Niazhvinski[1] (Belarusian: Альберт Няжвінскі; Russian: Альберт Нежвинский; born: March 8, 1988 (1988-03-08) [age 37]), better known online as albert_cancook, is a Belarusian cooking YouTuber who shares a wide variety of recipes on his YouTube channel and is residing in the United States.

He also is married to his anonymous wife, only known as Olga Niazhvinski, who's voice frequently narrates through longer videos, while her hands occasionally appear in shorts.

Content

On his main channel, he uploads a wide variety of short videos showcasing his recipes. These short videos are vertically oriented and under a minute, so he showcases the essential parts of his recipes.

His original channel, launched on December 23, 2016, is a Russian-language variant of the more active English channel. The content is usually the same or at least similar, except in the Russian language.

Previously, when he started his channel in 2020, he frequently talked in his shorts to narrate, until the Rock Mountain Oysters short, which was the last video featuring his full length narration. After that short, he remained silent for most of his videos, now only occasionally saying a line or two in his videos. He eventually gained his signature double thumbs up in the short, Chicken Big Mac, and the smile in the next short, Pierogi.

Originally his notable running back featured him having brief scenes of him shedding a tear. His more notable running gags are now his double thumbs up to the camera, (eventually used as the icon for his channel) and his line, "Mmmm... Bulls**t!" when ever he dislikes a certain food he creates. Some other gags also included his empty bag, whenever he creates improved versions of pre-made food, his reaction to foods in movies, TV shows, and online videos, and him screaming when ingredients are being blended. Another running gag involves him making skits of him disrespecting Ethnic food such as breaking pasta, putting Ketchup on Pasta, Pizza, Shawarma and whatnot, and Sometimes facing consequences from those representing the Ethnic like Lionfield and Shelby's Canada or even Sometimes forcibly feeding them the food he made, Sometimes with the help of Chef rush.
