American Ninja Warrior is an American sports reality show based on the Japanese sports reality show, Sasuke.
History[]
In 2006, the cable channel G4 aired broadcasts of Sasuke with English commentary and subtitles, titled American Ninja Challenge.[1]
Due to its popularity, NBC eventually acquired American Ninja Challenge, and made a new show, titled American Ninja Warrior.[1]

On May 31, 2016, it uploaded its first video, titled "American Ninja Warrior - 24/B4: Natalie Duran (Digital Exclusive)."[2]
