Amy Slaton-Halterman (born: October 28, 1987), formerly known online as twilightqueen, is an American YouTuber, vlogger, and TV personality. She's well known for her video vlogs as well as her weight loss journey along with her sister, Tammy. She's also known for staring in the TLC show, 1,000-lb Sisters.
Personal life[]
Amy Slaton was born on October 28, 1987 to parents Darlene and Frank Slaton along with four siblings. Her family grew up in a poor neighborhood where they didn't eat much food, other that fast food or stuff provided by their church. She describes that she and her sister Tammy were neglected and verbally abused by her parents and siblings. Due to this, she would eat as a way to cope with the way she was raised. Amy would develop several health issues, including asthma, thyroid disease, diabetes, etc. In high school, Amy knew another student named Michael Halterman and they would build up a relationship. On March 15, 2019, Amy and Michael would officially be married.
Amy and Tammy would star in a TLC show called 1,000-lb Sisters in January of 2020 which documents their weight loss journey. Amy said her hopes were to not be as big as Tammy and also have a child of her own. At the start of the show, Amy weighed 401-lbs and had to lose over 25 pounds in order to get weight loss surgery. Eventually in May of 2021, she would have surgery, losing 100-lbs. Amy would become pregnant and give birth to her son, Gage Deon Halterman on November 10, 2020. While Amy gained some weight during her pregnancy, she hoped to get back track on losing weight after giving birth to Gage.

Amy and Tammy created their YouTube channel on January 10, 2011. They filmed their first video on January 3, 2012 where they borrowed their step dad's camera where they introduced themselves. While they were small when they made their YouTube channel, they would eventually gain notoriety from their videos, most notably the chubby bunny challenge video. Her videos mostly includes vlogs, makeup tutorials, story time videos, several challenges they would take. Amy's family would also join the videos, including Tammy, Michael, and Gage. They also uploaded clips from 1,000-lb Sisters.

- Amy was arrested in 2010 for stealing a book from Walmart since she quit her job. She went to court four months later were she had to pay a fine of $400.
- She was born blind in one eye and partially blind in the other, hence why one of her eyes drifts off to the side.
