Arturia is a French electronics company founded in 1999 by Frédéric Brun and Gilles Pommereuil.

History[]

Arturia was founded in Grenoble by INPG engineers Brun and Pommereuil to create affordable software synthesizers. The first product they developed was Storm, a virtual instrument workstation. The close emulation of classic analog synthesizers helped the company gain popularity. In order to create sounds with barely any digital artifacts, Brun and Pommereuil developed new software algorithms to eliminate these issues.

Over the years, Brun and Pommereuil would release and develop several products, notably the Modular V, Arturia Origin, MiniBrute, MicroBrute, AudioFuse, Drum Brute, MiniBrute 2, MiniBrute 2S, MicroFreak, MiniFreak, PolyBrute, KeyStep, KeyStep Pro, BeatStep Pro, and KeyStep 37.

Channel[]

The channel was created on December 12, 2006, and the first video was uploaded on the same day. The channel uploads product overviews, music sessions, tutorials, and interviews.
