Ashish Chanchlani (Marathi and Hindi: आशीष चंचलानी; born: December 7, 1993 (1993-12-07) [age 31]) is an Indian YouTuber and comedian best known for his parodies and comedy videos. He started his journey on the short video app Vine (hence the name ashish chanchlani vines), later moving to Instagram and finally to YouTube. Ashish Chanchlani is the third most subscribed individual YouTuber from India, after CarryMinati and Amit Bhadana.

Personal Life and Career[]

Ashish Chanchlani was born in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra, India, to Anil and Deepa Chanchlani. He has a younger sister named "Muskan Chanchlani" who owns the channel "Miss McBlush". He attended the Datta Meghe College Of Engineering, as well as Barry John Acting Studio, and holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering. His father is the owner of a multiplex cinema hall "Anil Ashok" in Maharashtra.

Ashish made his TV debut in 2016 through popular show Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. He received a lot of admiration for his acting. Mainstream Indian actors, such as Shahid Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Kartik Aryan, and many others have also contacted him on various occasions to promote their movies.

The Student Anthem[]

The Student Anthem is a song released by Ashish Chanchlani in the year 2019. The song, as the title says, was against the negligence and ignorance of the society towards the children. According to the description, this song was not a diss-song. It was created in collaboration with Indian rapper Raftaar. The tune of the lyrics was copied from Raftaar's song "Sheikh Chilli", which was against Emiway Bantai. The lyrics were written by Anmol Sachar and Kunal Chhabhria, and the song was sung by Ashish himself and Shaikhspare.

Streams[]

During the lockdown in India in the period of February to May 2020, Ashish created several live-streams. But he would do so before the period too. In December 2019, he decided to raise money for the farmers and the rural labour of Indian by streaming on YouTube, and by collecting the money he received from Super Chat. He was able to raise a huge amount. It is believed that he was followed in this act by Bhuvan Bam, who also raised a huge amount of charitable funds for those without a proper back-end financial support during the crisis.
