Ashton Nicole Casey, better known as Ashnikko (born February 19, 1996) is an American singer-songwriter and rapper who is known for her music.

Her first song, Blow, was uploaded on April 20, 2018[1]. However, she wasn't famous until her song "Stupid"[2] ft Yung Baby Tate, released; the song reached certified gold in the US and Canada. It was a song she wrote about her ex, while she was drunk. Her ex-boyfriend was mad this song blew up because he knew it was about him, and she turned her read receipts on just for him when he texted her about it, so that he would see she's leaving him on read. "Stupid" has 1.5M Likes on YouTube and over a billion views, and kickstarted her tour across Northern America. Along with Doja Cat, she co-wrote the song Boss Bitch, which was included on the Birds of Prey soundtrack, Birds of Prey: The Album. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashnikko was scheduled to accompany Doja Cat on her Hot Pink Tour throughout the United States in March 2020 before it was cancelled.
In January 2021 she released her mixtape Demidevil.
Personal Life[]
She was born in Oak Ridge, North Carolina, but her family moved to Estonia shortly after her birth. A year later, they moved to Riga, Latvia, where she completed her high school education. She has several brothers, and she mentioned that in Latvia they were all bullied for being foreigners. She did not like living in the Baltic countries, describing them as "patriarchal" and even revealing that she got death threats for singing.[3] When she was 18 she moved to London, England for her rapping career. She cites Slipknot, Eminem and M.I.A as her inspirations.
She is pansexual, as well as genderfluid.[4]

- She was originally a SoundCloud rapper, with her first song, "Krokodil" being published there in 2016. However, she started out her music career as a teenager in Latvia, when she wrote a diss track about a girl in her class over Lil Kim’s ‘Black Friday’ beat[5].
- She can speak some Latvian as well as English, however she has stated that she has forgotten most of it.[6]

- Her idols were Doja Cat and Hatsune Miku. She later collaborated with them.
