Astelic (born: May 17, 2002),[1] formerly known as gamergirl80, is an American YouTuber known for her Minecraft gaming and commentary videos, specifically about Hypixel Bedwars. The most popular videos among her channel are keyboard and mouse sounds videos.
Astelic was previously known as gamergirl80, rebranding her channel on June 21. She was rewarded the YouTube rank on Hypixel on September 3, 2019 for surpassing 30,000 subscribers.
Personal Life[]
Astelic was born on May 17, 2002 in the United States. She currently lives in the state of New Jersey and has a younger sister.[citation needed] She's 5'2" tall (157 centimeters).
YouTube Career[]
Astelic created her channel on January 20, 2015. Her first upload was on April 8, 2018 under the alias "gamergirl80" (a reference to another popular Bedwars YouTuber, gamerboy80). She gained her first 1,000 subscribers on August 22, 2018. Her videos consisted of a variety of videos from Minecraft, but predominantly Hypixel Bedwars. gamergirl80 ended 2018 with 4,000 subscribers. She continued YouTube under the name 'gamergirl80', before rebranding to Astelic on June 21. Shortly after rebranding Astelic reached 10,000 subscribers on July 1 and face revealed on July 4 (even though her face was already shown throughout Instagram and Twitter). Astelic's channel started to have substantial growth. Within August, Astelic's channel grew from 15,000 subscribers to 30,000 subscribers. She was awarded YouTube rank on Hypixel on September 3, 2019 for reaching 30,000 subscribers.
Rebranding[]
On June 16, 2019, Astelic uploaded the video 'the end of gamergirl80', signifying that she would be rebranding from gamergirl80 to Astelic. She rebranded due to her feeling as she was losing originality and just becoming another gamerboy80. She officially rebranded five days later changing all her social media and YouTube to the alias 'Astelic'.
