Baby Alive Dolls & Cartoons For Kids Official, simply known as Baby Alive, is an American[1] toy brand of baby dolls made by Hasbro.[2] It is known for having the characteristics of an actual baby, it can eat, drink, and sometimes makes messes and has a movable mouth.[2]

History[]

A company called Kenner introduced the first Baby Alive doll in 1973. It came with food packets which can be mixed with water, a bottle, diapers, and a feeding spoon.[3] The Baby Alive brand had gained popularity in the 1980s, selling up to 1 million dolls a year.[4]

In 1992, the first talking Baby Alive doll was introduced, acting in the same manner as the original doll, but would use a potty instead of a diaper. The doll did not sell well, and was discontinued.[4]

Channel[]

The channel was created on September 20, 2016,[1] and the first video was uploaded on April 19, 2019.[5] A series has been made about the dolls, going through many silly adventures and going through many good times.[6]
