Panzu Mavinga[1] (born: December 5, 2003 (2003-12-05) [age 21])[2], better known online as bbpanzu, is an American YouTuber, animator, and programmer best known for his content related to the video game Friday Night Funkin'.

Content[]

The content on the bbpanzu channel currently mainly consists of animations and demos based off of Friday Night Funkin'. He has created several popular modifications of the game, and has also used the sprites to create original animations which have amassed many views.

History[]

The bbpanzu channel was created on August 28, 2013. Nothing would be uploaded there until almost a year later. The channel's first video was uploaded on July 26, 2014.[3] Bbpanzu would uploaded mainly gaming and animation content, and would amass a following throughout the years.

By the time 2020 was almost over, Bbpanzu had garnered over 70,000 subscribers. With the release of the rhythm game Friday Night Funkin' in November 2020, Bbpanzu would begin to create his own content based on the game. He created and released his first mod of the game in mid-December. He uploaded a video on this mod on December 17, 2020.[4]

His channel would quickly begin to grow as the Friday Night Funkin' content grew popular. On January 3, 2021, Bbpanzu uploaded an original animation using character sprites from the game.[5] This video became extremely successful, amassing over 12 million views, and becoming his most viewed video. This only boosted his subscriber count more.

As of December 2021, bbpanzu has amassed over 400,000 subscribers.
