Belinda Marie (born: February 8, 1997[1], better known online as Bella Poarch, is a Filipino-American social media personality and singer. She is known for her TikTok videos and her music videos.

She was born in the Philippines on February 8, 1997. Her family moved to Texas, United States when she was 13.[2][3] She later moved to Hawaii and currently lives there.[4]
She served in the United States Navy from 2015 to 2020,[5] having been stationed in Japan in 2017.[6]
Controversy[]
Red Rising Sun Tattoo[]
In August–September 2020, she received backlash for her red Rising Sun tattoo, deemed racist and offensive to Koreans as a symbol of Japanese militarism and colonial rule.[7] She apologized about the tattoo through Twitter, scheduling a removal.[8]
