Benjamin Joseph Levin (born: March 8, 1988 (1988-03-08) [age 37]),[1] better known professionally as Benny Blanco, is an American musician, singer, songwriter, disc jockey, record producer, and record executive, from Reston, Virginia, United States, who performs the genres of pop and hip hop.

Since he began his career in 2007, he's released a total of one studio album, which is Friends Keep Secrets, (2018),[2] and one reissued album, which was Friends Keep Secrets 2, (2021).

Early life & career[]

Benny was born in Reston, Virginia, to Sandra and Andrew Levin.[3][4] He has an older brother. He is jewish. [5] He started making hip-hop instrumentals in his bedroom with his own on it.[6] Inspired by Nas's music he set out to become a rapper, adopting the name “Benny Blanco” as a "White Rapper".[7][8]

He attended a jewish summer camp called Camp Airy in his childhood where he hosted a radio show named "Ebba Ebba".[9]
