―Blaire White

Blaire White (born: September 14, 1993 (1993-09-14) [age 31]) is an American transgender female YouTuber who mainly discusses topics on transgenderism from a right-wing, conservative viewpoint. She has also spoken about alleged sexual predators. She was born in Chico, California, and lived there until moving to Los Angeles in the fall of 2017 and now lives in Austin, Texas.

Biography[]

Blaire was born as Robert Ryan White. When Blaire was in her first years of elementary school, she felt weird about herself and where she belonged. She began to notice the differences between men and women and didn't like associating herself with the "boys," although she wasn't miserable about it. By age 14, she had begun to go through puberty and to develop a male body, and her feelings had intensified.

Even though she wasn't ready to transition at a young age, she felt very lost and confused about her gender. Blaire started experimenting with her hair and with makeup when she was 16. She dyed her hair unusual colors like purple, pink, and blue, and she wore bright makeup. Sometimes, she even wore blue contact lenses. Although she identified as a homosexual teenage boy, she still felt insecure about her gender.

At age 18, her modern look had begun to form. Blaire began growing her hair very long and wearing more feminine clothing. She had come to terms with the fact that she was trans and decided that she wanted to transition. Unfortunately, her father died of cancer unexpectedly and she had to pause her plans to take care of her mother. Eventually, by the age of 20, she came out as transgender to her family and friends and began taking hormones. Her family, on her mother's side, was very supportive of her.

After high school, Blaire enrolled as a student at California State University, Chico where she studied computer science. She eventually lost interest and started posting on YouTube while she was still in college. It’s unclear whether or not she ended up earning her degree.

In 2021, she revealed that her family were all addicts (her mom was an alcoholic, her dad was addicted to painkillers) to something painful, and it is unknown if they ever treated her badly because of it.

History[]

Blaire White's first appearance on YouTube, before her transition, was in two videos she made for the channel IllumiNau5hty when she was 18. Her video "Tuesday on Relationships" was posted to the channel on June 5, 2012. Her second video was "Tuesday's Acrobatic Failure" posted on June 13, 2012. The latter video is the last video ever posted on the channel. After that video was posted, she came to the realization that she was trans and began transitioning to appear female.

Blaire began her current YouTube channel on November 27, 2015, but posted her first video there on December 2, 2015, called "Female Privilege: Antifeminism." One of her most popular videos, "Male Victims Are Funny?" has amassed more than 225,000 total views. On December 14, 2015, she had a live stream with Theryn Meyer. She continued making videos about her life, and how she views the Black Lives Matter movement, feminism, and gender politics. She also began to make response videos to feminist YouTubers including Riley J. Dennis, Milo Stewart, Philogynoir, Dakota Hendrix, and Onision.

Sometime in 2017, she began dating Joey Sarson, a fan of hers and a member of the Dudesons YouTube Channel. On June 2017, Blaire White went to Vidcon along with Sarson, also known as Joe Reaper.

She met with a variety of YouTubers at the conference such as: Andrew Pires (aka Andywarski), Shoe0nHead, Annand Virk (aka Bunty King), Jeff Holiday and Elizabeth Holiday (aka Memorie Holiday), Armoured Skeptic, Chris Ray Gun, Laci Green, Dave Cullen (aka Computing Forever), MundaneMatt, Justin Little (aka Vernaculis), Sargon of Akkad, Nicholas Goroff (aka Wizard of Cause), Carson Wong (aka Chris Warski), Honey Badger Radio members, Judith Victoria Richmon Duran (aka Based Mama), Ferris Upton (aka Rucka Rucka Ali), SomeBlackGuy, Kisara Vera, Wild Tanuki, Poisoning the Well (aka So Fain), Barbara Horvat (aka Barabara4u2c), Lizz Reptile and Naomi Robbins (aka Crazy Hair).

On July 31, 2017, she announced on her channel that she would be getting transition-related surgeries, like facial feminization surgery, and took a break for a few weeks in the following August.

In the fall of 2017, she started a channel with her boyfriend called "Blaire & Joey" where they post vlogs and non-political related content, like "My Boyfriend Does My Makeup," and a vlog documenting her move to Los Angeles with Joey. Blaire was attacked for wearing a Trump hat in an experimental video in November of 2017. In April 2018, Blaire announced her new tour with Fullscreen.

On January 10, 2018, she had a debate with Ben Shapiro about transgenderism following a discussion he had with Dave Rubin about pronouns for transgender people. In the debate, she argued that if he would describe her to a waiter, he would describe her as a woman.[1]

In April 2021, she started uploading videos of her playing Minecraft. This became an unintentional source of comedy as she said she didn't want to abuse any flowers, but then proceeded to murder several animals, and also tried to use raw chicken as a digging tool[2].

Second channel[]

In her second channel, then named Blaire Black, she vlogged about her personal life, her relationships, her DMs and similar content. She has talked about her family life, and how her mother reacted to her coming out as a trans woman[3]. She makes storytime videos, like the time Caitlyn Jenner invited her to dinner[4] and is also known to make videos like "Reading My DMs From Married Men While Doing My Makeup"[5]. Her earliest vlogs were of her in Hollywood[6], behind the scenes videos of her involvement with The Rubin Report[7] and her and Joey in Africa[8]. The channel was originally called Blaire & Joey, though it was renamed later.

The Blaire White Project[]

Due to community demand and her previous participation in podcasts, Blaire White renamed her Blaire Black channel to "The Blaire White Project" to repurpose it to host her podcast in YouTube.[9] In the first videos she was focused on making interviews with some friends like Michael Malice or Alex Jones and some detransitioners. However, she later moved onto commenting about some news. She preeviously held her podcast in Patreon.

While retaining the focus on news commentary, she still held some interviews afterwards, like a minor one with Shape Shifter, and she posted the second part of a discussion with Destiny about transgender topics.

Controversies[]

In 2017 she accused Riley Dennis of being a transtrender and referred to her as he due to the false impression she wasn't making efforts to transition, but after seeing a video where she spoke about her facial feminization surgery and hormone use, Blaire apologized for her previous comments.[10]
