Bretman Rock Sacayanan Laforga (born: July 31, 1998) is a Filipino-American YouTuber, makeup artist, model and vlogger. Bretman got fame for his makeup tutorials.
Career[]
Bretman Rock started as a comedian on YouTube and the now defunct app Vine. He shifted over to making vlogs and beauty tutorials. In 2016, one of Bretman's beauty videos went viral, which helped his growth. He was inspired by vlogger Talia Jay and the makeup artist Patrick Starrr.
In June 2019, Bretman was featured on the Pride Months cover of gay times.
Personal Life[]
Bretman was born in the Philippines, and moved to Hawaii when he was just 7 years old. His father was a fan of wrestling and named Bretman after Bret Hart and The Rock. Bretman played a variety of sports growing up including baseball, soccer, volleyball and cross-country. In November 2019, Bretman's father passed away after being in a coma. He came out as gay on November 21, 2017 via Twitter.
