California Governor Gavin Newsom (born: October 10, 1967) is the official YouTube channel of the office of the governor of California, and the videos are mostly very long livestremed content. Most of the videos relate to the government's response to COVID that are related to health and financial concerns, and the channel was created during the time of the pandemic despite being elected in 2018.
The comments section usually contain videos relating to the opinion about the governor, but many of the top comments are negative towards him including the mentioning the recall movement along with other concerns.[1][2]
Also, the livestream replay chat is enabled which is usually not enabled by default, and many of the videos have at least around 25% being dislikes compared to likes. The livestream's time and date are prepared for in advance and are scheduled with a basic summary for the plan for the stream.[3]
