Candace Amber Owens Farmer (born: April 29, 1989) is an American political commentator and talk show host.
A former Democrat, she changed her political affiliations to Republican in 2017, and began partnering herself with conservative groups such as Turning Point USA, PragerU, and The Daily Wire (she has her own shows on the last two). She gained mainstream support after being endorsed by Kanye West.
She was fired by The Daily Wire in March of 2024, after allegations of antisemitism by Rabbi Schmuley Boteach, and by Daily Wire executives. Since June of 2024 she has started a new podcast called Candace on her main YouTube channel.

Candace's first video was her announcing herself as a conservative, while detailing the negative social image conservatives had compared to people who were liberal.
She would make videos critical of Black Lives Matter and Planned Parenthood, calling the former "a bunch of whiny toddlers pretending to be oppressed" and believing the latter is part of a conspiracy to murder black babies and bring down the black American population.
She is critical of celebrities who "virtue signal" and claim to be woke. She is also heavily opposed to LGBT rights.
She launched Blexit in 2018, a movement dedicated to getting black people to leave the Democratic Party, referring to it as a "plantation"[1]. Kanye West introduced her to an artist for the organisation, but later distanced himself away from politics. He then praised Candace's book in 2020, and posed with a "WHITE LIVES MATTER" t-shirt in 2022.
In the past, she was heavily anti Trump, but later changed her positions in support of him. She visited him multiple times at the White House during his presidency.
Controversy[]
After Mollie Tibbets was killed by an illegal immigrant, her cousin, Sam Lucas, criticized her for using her death as propaganda[2].
The New Zealand Christchurch shooter jokingly cited Owens in his manifesto, saying that she 'goes to extremes that he would disagree with.' Candace condemned him afterwards[3][4].
When Harry Styles wore a dress on the Vogue cover, she said that him and men like him were "destroying masculinity". Fans of Styles then attacked her online to the point where Lil Xan's ex-girlfriend Noah Cyrus, called her a racial slur and 'nappy-headed'[5][6].
In March 2021, she got into an online feud with rapper Cardi B. Cardi made up a lie about Candace's husband 'cock boxing' with her brother, which went viral. Candace then threatened legal action. They had previously gotten into a feud in 2020[7].
