The Vancouver Canucks are a Canadian NHL team based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. They currently play for the Pacific Division in the Western Conference.
History[]
They were created in 1945, as a minor league hockey team that was a part of the Pacific Coast Hockey League.[Note 1][1]
On May 22, 1970, they joined the NHL, as an expansion team.[1]

They created their channel on January 3, 2006.
On November 11, 2012, they uploaded their first video, titled "Pavel Bure: His First Game (CanucksTV)."[2]
On February 6, 2016, they uploaded their first livestream, titled "Canucks vs Flames Post-Game Show (Feb. 06, 2016)."[3]
On October 20, 2023, they uploaded their first short, titled "Canucks in 60: Teaser."[4]

The number 11 is out of circulation, but not officially retired, for Wayne Maki, due to dying from a brain tumor, while being an active player of the Canucks.[5]
