CanucksFan27 is an American YouTuber whose channel centers around hockey compilations on one specific topic per video using clips from the NHL, and less frequently, AHL, OHL, WHL, and QMJHL. The channel is managed by two people who split the tasks of selecting clips and editing the clips into a compilation between them.

History[]

On August 25, 2015, the channels original creator uploaded NHL: Bar Down Goals and NHL: Strange Goals. After gaining nearly 10 thousand views between the videos by early 2016, the creator invited a childhood friend to join in making videos for the channel, uploading NHL: Best Saves (Now retitled to NHL: Great Saves) as his first contribution to the channel. The two creators began taking turns creating and uploading videos on a weekly basis, eventually migrating to splitting the clip selection and video editing between the two of them.

Content[]

Their videos consist of compilations of hockey clips based on one specific topic per video, often suggested by viewers. The clips most often come from, however are not limited to the NHL. Other hockey leagues included in the compilations include the AHL, the WHL, the OHL, and the QMJHL. The videos feature an intro containing the title of that specific video and acknowledgement of a fans commented suggestion.
