Jonathan "Jonny" Brighton (born: October 3, 1995), better known as Cars With JB, is an English car YouTuber. He was born in London and currently living in Watford. He previously resided in Bath, Somerset, however this was his place of study when he attended university - he would often travel between Watford and Bath by car.
Channels[]
He created his first channel named subtsub in June 2009, which he posted unscheduled videos to up until May 2018, when his last video was posted. This channel features a large mixture of videos of different genres. This includes biking, motocross, gaming and sports, it also features his first car (2004 Skoda Fabia Estate, named Skye) in a video called Driving Round Europe | Summer 2017.
His former main channel sits at 82 subscribers as of October 15, 2020.
Cars With JB[]
He created his current channel Cars With JB in September 2017, three months before the aforementioned video was uploaded. He started uploading motorsport videos, before he moved on to creating countdowns on cars with specfic needs shortly after beginning with Top 6 Fastest Cars for UNDER £5,000!. Later in the channel's lifetime, he would begin to make videos on his second car (2002 Volkswagen Polo, named Penny), the first video being 5 Things I HATE About My VW Polo 9n, this would turn into a new series named "The Pointless Polo Project", where he would film himself changing parts in his car to make it look cosmetically better. It was later revealed that he bought his Polo after he had written off his Skoda Fabia when he crashed it into a wall to avoid causing a collision with another car because his car's brakes had failed. He now owns two cars, the aforementioned Volkswagen Polo and a 1997 Mazda MX-5, the latter is intended to be used as a track car.
