Spencer (born: March 3, 1992 (1992-03-03)), better known online as cer spencer, is an American YouTuber who uploads short sketch comedy skits with most of them consisting of various other people in them. Some of his most popular videos are of his impression of Ben Shapiro, with the most popular one having the most views on his channel.

History

Spencer started his YouTube channel on February 4, 2007 and uploaded his first video "Mormon Party!" in October of the same year. He uploaded videos inconsistantly every couple of years until he started uploading his current type of sketch comedy videos regularly in 2020. Around this time he started to gain more traction on his YouTube channel.
