Stephen Findeisen, better known as Coffeezilla, is an American YouTuber who uploads videos of him uncovering scams, fraudsters and fake gurus that are preying on desperate people with deceptive advertising. In 2020 he started to also uncover crypto and NFT scams.
Content[]
In his videos, he discusses:
- How fake gurus who profess to teach people how to get rich quick aren’t using these same methods to get rich — they’re using these people.
- The classic framework used by fake gurus to entice their target demographic.
- How fake gurus leverage cult of personality dynamics to be both relatable and unquestionable.
- How fake gurus pass off once-legitimate money-making methods long after they’ve become obsolete and worthless.
- Why people don’t have to be especially gullible to fall for what a fake guru is selling, and they don’t have to be a steel-willed ice king or queen to resist their sleazy machinations.
- How fraudulent cryptocurrencies and NFTs would use both traditional and internet celebrities to shill out their scams to millions.
- How developers would pull from the liquidity pool of their coin the moment the coin becomes valuable and effectively steal the crypto that's supposed to be given to the investors.
- How crypto scammers would use multiple wallets and NFTs to launder their stolen currencies.
He also exposes YouTube/Twitch scammers like Adin Ross, Andrew Tate, Ben Phillips, Ice Poseidon, IShowSpeed, Jake and Logan Paul, Jake Tran, Jay Mazini, Kay, Sam Pepper, Sliker, SteveWillDoIt and Trainwreckstv.
Collaborations[]

Controversies[]
Feud with Logan Paul[]
In December 2022, Findeisen published a three-part series on NFT-based game CryptoZoo, a project Logan Paul developed and founded.[1] He criticized the project for not delivering on its promises and alleged that the team engaged in market manipulation.[2]
In a now-deleted video, Paul responded to the allegations, while also threatening legal action against Findeisen for defamation and claiming that Findeisen broke "criminal and civil laws" by uploading a recording of a phone call with his manager, Jeff Levinan. He has since withdrawn the threat.
Feud with KSI[]
In February 2024, he accused English YouTuber KSI of a pump and dump scam with Coffee directly contacting KSI.[3] Fans called out Coffee for accusing KSI for views, with Vibhor made a GoogleDoc,[4] XCAD founder Oliver Bell, came out and shutdown Coffeezilla’s claim that KSI pumped and dumped, saying “He’s an active XCAD investor and believer, he has bought more than sold.”[5]
On February 21, KSI responds to Coffeezilla’s scam allegations saying "I turned down tens of millions of deals, why would i scam my fans for 150$".[6]
