Connor J. Flannery (born: September 12, 2002), better known online as Connor Pugs (formerly known as PugNetwork), is an American YouTuber and podcaster who posts commentary and gaming videos.
About[]
Connor makes video commentaries while playing Minecraft on Hypixel, most of his commentaries stories from subscribers. The time range between his upload schedule is up to 2-3 days, he has also done weekly live streams and has previously begun "Donation Wars" accidentally between some of his channel members.
In the past, Connor's posts consisted of vlogs and challenges - before they were unlisted - which you can still find if you look on his Twitter. A person called Nat J, created an unlisted playlist with all of his old vlogging videos.
He was given the YouTube [YT] rank on the popular Minecraft server, Hypixel, after surpassing the minimum requirement for the rank on his channel on September 20th, 2020, and being granted the rank on the 25th.
Personal life[]
Connor was born on September 12, 2002. He's currently living in Massachusetts, United States and he's currently doing college while simultaneously doing YouTube as a hobby.
He has been known to post Instagram photos of his pet pug, Teddy. He often shows and talks about his other pet pug, Claire, in his videos and live streams.
On April 11, 2021, Connor made the video "goodbye for now, thanks for the memories" where he left youtube because he "didn't like doing youtube videos in general" but on May 27, 2021, he returned however he will not do videos as consistent as he did at first, he also said that he won't be active on discord anymore neither Instagram.
Content[]
He used to play horror games like Bendy And The Ink Machine and Five Nights At Freddy's when the channel was first called Pug Network, but now he mostly does commentary videos about popular Minecraft events and content creators. On April 7th,2021 He started a storytime content. He reads a story from his subcriber's instagram dm.
Criticism[]
He often uses clickbait thumbnails on his story time videos to gain views. His thumbnails usually consist of a face with an over-exaggerated expression unrelated to or shown to the video. His newer videos also feature faces that resemble AI-generated ones.
He also faces criticism against his stories in his videos. Although he claims many of his stories are real ones sent by subscribers, most are suspected to be fictional. His content is also repetitive, uploading several videos with extremely similar stories.
