Cosmo TV is a Russian former YouTuber who uploaded YouTube Shorts videos and gained over 10 million subscribers a month the account was created.[1] Gaining about 4 million subscribers each week,[2] Cosmo TV was one of the fastest-growing YouTube channels in late 2023 and early 2024[3] and the fastest YouTube channel to reach 10 million subscribers until Hamster Kombat overtook the world record in May 2024, and later Cristiano Ronaldo in August 2024. Despite accumulating millions of subscribers, half of his videos had less than a million views and less than a hundred comments posted in each video.

Overview[]

Cosmo TV's YouTube channel was registered, and the first video was uploaded to his channel on December 7, 2023. The first image used on his profile picture and banner background was a shaded artwork with a circular blue background depicting the character Cosmo from the Nickelodeon animated television series The Fairy OddParents. On January 25, 2024, his profile picture changed to a human version resembling the same character from its predecessor with a wand and a shaded blue circular background with sparkling effects. Cosmo TV reached 10 million subscribers on January 12, 2024,[4] 36 days after he uploaded their first video.[5] On February 29, 2024, his YouTube channel was terminated, and he had at least 15 million subscribers before its termination.

Video format[]

All his videos follow a similar format: The video starts with a person watching a YouTube Short video without any comments and less than 10 views on their iPhone from a first-person perspective. He then likes the video, subscribes to the channel and enters the comments section, and uses emojis to leave positive comments or share the video. Before the video concludes, the screen switches to a fluid simulator game called Magic Fluids Lite app!
