Cowboy Kent Rollins (born: September 8, 1957) or simply Spencer Kent Rollins (his real name) is an American YouTuber and cook. He was born and raised along the banks of the Red River near Hollis, Oklahoma. Growing up, and throughout his adulthood, Kent helped his father manage cow/calf operations in the area while also taking care of their own herd. His spouse is Shannon Keller Rollins.
Rollins is a real cowboy. The governor of Oklahoma even named him the “Official Chuck Wagon of Oklahoma”, and his chicken fried steak outperformed Bobby Flay's on the Food Network's TV show Throwdown! With Bobby Flay.
