Cubey’s first video, posted on May 6th of 2011, was a beginner Minecraft house tutorial, which received over 1 million views in its first year on YouTube. Today, the video sits above 3 million views. Cubey went on to expand it into a series, also featuring 'Redstone' building tutorials. Despite the success, in recent years, Cubey has steered away from making building tutorials.
In May of 2012, Cubey uploaded his first Minecraft "movie"/film. By 2020, he had uploaded 36 Minecraft films, totalling over 40 million views, and being considered fan-favourite content amongst his fanbase.
In October of 2013, Cubey uploaded a video titled "Minecraft From Day One". It became Cubey's most viewed video, alone, stretching over 14 million views by 2020. In 2016, 3 years later, he uploaded a remastered version, titled "Minecraft From The Beginning". In 2015, Cubey took on YouTube as his full-time profession. During this year, he launched a new series titled "My Top 5's". Despite months and even years between some of its 17 episodes, the series collectively surpassed 22 million views by 2020, and still continues to thrive.
On the 22nd of July, 2019, Cubey reached 1 million subscribers. After holding the title of Australia's most subscribed 'Minecraft YouTuber' for a number of years, Cubey currently sits third.
