dabhdude[note 1] (born: January 23, 1999), or simply known as dab, is an American YouTuber who does commentaries, reviews, live streams and gaming. He usually makes videos centered around SML Movies, a series of short films centered around an adult puppet show created by Logan Thirtyacre, that tons of kids usually watch.
When he's not talking about SML, he's usually making videos about the Nickelodeon children's show SpongeBob SquarePants. However most people know him for his SML reviews, and he's talked to, given advice to, and interviewed Logan multiple times. His SML reviews can be as long as the SML videos themselves, or even longer. In the past he made tips videos for many different content creators, animators, and Nintendo YouTubers.
Dab is also best friends with Zeke, a former voice actor on SML in 2007-08.

Dabhdude[]
Dab created his channel the day he turned 13 in 2012, most of his videos from this time are lost due to them being privated. Most of Dabhdude's content consists of reviews and rants regarding SML as well as their side channels. He also reacts to recent videos SML uploads and critiques them if necessary. Although Dabhdude is mainly known for his content surrounding SML, he also uploads non SML related content including interactive streams, etc. On his other account, SML Reuploaded, he reuploads videos from SML that have been deleted.
SML Reuploaded[]
SML Reuploaded is a YouTube channel created by dabhdude. known for reuploading SML videos that were previously deleted. Dabhdude created this channel on December 11, 2017[1]. He would later upload the first video American Idol Mario Edition. Episode 4 during that same day.
As he would then continue to upload SML videos that were originally deleted, the channel started to grow[2]. He would then re-upload SML Movie: The Secret Door (REUPLOADED) his channel gained a massive boost and gained over 900k subscribers.
On this channel, he is usually known for reuploading SML videos from the SML, SLL, SBL and many other SML channels that were deleted or removed all of their videos[3]
Retiring from SML Content[]
In 2022. dab uploaded a video called 2021 Was a Year, he explains why he didn't want to talk about SML in general. then he said that it is getting annoying to ask that topic. he was trying to ignore and avoid any Topic from anyone who are asking the question on SML. he told everyone to go back and watch one of his previous video called The Rise and Fall of SML. he said he wanted to quit from SML because he could Not Stand anyone talking about that topic and he recently just doesn't care anymore. that's why dab refuses to talk about it. then someone even told dab that Chilly (Logan's girlfriend) is Pregnant according to her recent vlogs or Instagram updates. he appreciated that topic, but he didn't care anymore, dabhdude no longer cared about something that he is not interested in any way shape and form. he did not want to explain any question, he recently avoiding the topic, because he is not interested of that question anymore.
He said he doesn't want to go back and make more SML content.
He also said in a video that if whoever tries to mentions or bring up sml/Logan or the rest of the Crew in the comments. those who are trying to ask the topic are going to be in trouble and if any user or viewer who commented or spammed the word SML so annoying in his live stream or in the Video Comments. dabhdude said he was going to delete every comment that has the word SML or even anyone who is a part of sml.
Dab said he is going to ban anybody in the comments who keeps on spamming so much and tries to demand to talk about SML Topic on his channel or on his social media. this is the reason why he said it in the video that he is seriously gonna delete any comments or topics that are centered around SML, he was frustrated when someone keeps on questioning him, dab was angry at those who keep commenting about sml. dab said he was going to ban anyone for spamming. and if anyone is forcing and suggesting dab to go back and make SML related content on his channel again, he would Report them for online harassment and causing some hatred.
Dabhdude has stated that he is Done with SML. he is tired of doing sml stuff on his channel, dab could not stand the pressure from other people who dare to suggest more on SML. Dab was trying to avoid and ignore any topic from people who keep mentioning Logan or SML in general.
Dabhdude wanted to move on and focus on something else. but those who harassed him, didn't listen his point, and they would keep on coming at him, and they would never leave him alone. he wanted to move on, because he cannot stand anyone who is causing too much drama and physically attacking dab. he didn't want to make any more SML related Videos on his channel.
dabhdude said he is officially no longer doing any SML Related content on his Channel. And he is no longer "The SML Guy" anymore. Despite him returning to do a SML video once in a while

Controversy[]
Dating a minor[]
On January 7, 2025, Youtuber Darkcray made a video titled "The Dabhdude Allegations Are Insane", which showed evidence of dabhdude online dating a 12 year old girl (who claimed to be 17) when he was 19, as well as masturbating to her. The video also brought to light dabhdude's unhealthy obsession with animated porn of underage characters, adding more to the controversy.[4]
On January 15, 2025, dabhdude made a response, which refuted most of Darkcray's claims without providing evidence to dismiss the claims. He also never apologized or admitted he was wrong for online dating someone who turned out to be dishonest about her age.[5]
Understandably, this response didn't go well with most people. On January 23, 2025, Darkcray soon fired back with a follow-up video titled "The Dabhdude Allegations Are Worse Than We Thought", bringing to light more evidence of dabhdude interacting inappropriately with minors. According to the screenshots shown in the video, dabhdude made inappropriate comments and compliments about FaceApp edits of minors, and requested multiple minors to draw pornography for him.[6] On February 7, 2025, Dabhdude later came back with another response video.[7]

- Dabhdude stated that a lot of people mispronounce his username (Even Logan mispronounced his username when he gave him a shout out, as his brother, Lance (playing Tony the Tiger), pronounced it as "dab-uh-dude"). Several people often mistakenly pronounce it as "dab-dude", Dabhdude himself confirmed that it is meant to be pronounced as dub-h-dude and also stated that his username was made long before the dab was a trend.
- Dabhdude is friends with the former SML crew member, Zeke and he may occasionally bring Zeke into his livestreams.
- Like with several other people, Dabhdude dislikes the Human Puppets.
- Dabhdude does not like Nicktendo 's animations (Not to be confused with this NICKtendo ). Despite his grudge toward his animations, he does compliment with how Nicktendo is slowly improving his animations from time to time.
- Dabhdude was the first person to coin the term "Chef Pee Pee Torture Porn"(Alternate version of "Squidward torture porn"). This term is used for when characters are constantly unlucky or have gotten punished for rather dumb reasons that make no sense, with SML's case, Chef Pee Pee and Mario are notable for having several cases of torture porn moments.
