Unity's particle system.

Daniel W.S. (born: June 15, 1997 (1997-06-15) [age 23])[1], better known online as Dani (or DaniDev, formerly dwsGames), is a Norwegian YouTuber who was born in Bergen, Norway. On Daniel's main YouTube channel, he posts videos mainly consisting of him developing games in Unity using multiple languages from C# to C++.

Early Programming Experience

When Daniel was 15, he was introduced to the Java programming language for the first time, and after learning it for a while, he fell in love with it. He would make simple games with core Java using the Intellij IDEA IDE for Java by Jetbrains. After a while, Daniel wanted to make better games and was introduced to several Game Engines, but chose Unity as it uses C#, which was similar to Java.

Development Series

Daniel has a running series where people say "Or you can't do that". This has led to some interesting projects by Daniel, he has made a game called Karlson which is now on Steam awaiting release. Not long after making the initial game he then made a follow-up video showing the process of him making the Multiplayer aspect of his game Karlson. Most recently, he made a vr game called "Ogga Bogga"  when he was challenged like this in ""He said I Couldn't Make a VR Game... So I Bought a VR Headset and Made One!"

Video Games & Coding

Daniel has made many video games on his channel, the most notable one currently is called Karlson and is awaiting to be released on Steam. But he has made other original games like Fair n' Square[2] and Off The Balls[3]. He also created a game namely "TeamTrees" as his part in the TeamTrees project, which has a goal of raising a total of 20 million dollars by the end of 2019, and for every dollar raised, Arbor Day Foundation will plant a tree. Dani inserted ads in his game and all revenue was donated to TeamTrees.

He has also developed games under a time limit, he would make that game within a certain deadline. He made a video of making a mobile game in a day[4]. He later made a game in just two days[5]. He made another challenge of making himself a website which he used to advertise the games he made and so he can post his mobile game to the Apple App Store[6]. He made a game in 48 hours.[7] Another game in 12 hours[8], and then made a game in one hour[9]. He then made a 3D game under the challenge of his fans. Due to his devotion to milk, he named the headset he made Oculus Milk, also partially because he made the headset out of milk boxes.
