Daniel Greene is an American[citation needed] YouTuber who created his channel in 2016. He creates videos about fantasy books, from reviews to rankings, to discussions, to news, to countdowns, to fantasy hot takes. He's even reviewed books from other popular YouTubers, which included Peace and Turmoil by Elliot Brooks, Shadow of the Conqueror by Shadiversity, and The Savior's Champion by Writing with Jenna Moreci. He's known for being a huge fan of Brandon Sanderson, particularly his Cosmere books, and The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordon. One of his most notable videos is an interview that he did in 2019 with Brandon Sanderson himself.[citation needed] He is bisexual.[1]
Political views[]
On December 18, 2020, Daniel uploaded a video called YOUR Assumptions About ME. In this video, he revealed many of his political views. He's a nihilist and a socialist, who tends to lean more towards the left, (although likely not the far left). However, many of these facts would already be known by people who follow his Twitter, as he's always been outspoken about his political views on Twitter, posting daily Tweets about current events in the world. [citation needed]
Book[]
For awhile, he's made known that he was writing a fantasy book of his own. On July 12, 2019, he released a short story, and uploaded a video announcing it, called My Short Stories.
On April 9, 2020, he made a video called, The Grohalind - Magic System Explained, (My Book), which is one of the two magic systems in his upcoming fantasy universe.
On April 28, 2020, he made a video called Planet 32 - Short Story (Narrated by Merphy Napier).
On August 8, 2020, he made a video called The Anointed - Magic System Explained (My Book), which is the second of the two.
On December 4, 2020, he made a video called My Novella is Coming... (2021), where he announced that his book would be a novella rather than a novel, and would not follow the characters that the eventual novel would.
On January 13, 2021, he made a video called BOOK UPDATE!, (TITLE, COVER ARTIST, NARRATOR), where he revealed the title, cover artist, and cover itself of his novella, as well as that it would be narrated by the famous Michael Kramer and Kate Reading, (two narrators that he previously interviewed earlier in the year), and that it would definitively be released sometime in 2021.
On March 18, 2021, his novella, Breach of Peace, was released. It's sequel, Rebel's Creed, was released on October 29, 2021. [citation needed]
