The channel releases music videos from various Disney movies and shows such as Hannah Montana, Frozen, Moana, Encanto and so on. They also release the album version of the songs. They also collaborate with famous artists and actors for their songs and movies. Some of them are The Rock, Ariana Grande, and Ne-Yo.
History[]
The label was founded on February 4, 2004. Before this, Disney's recordings were licensed and released under a variety of record labels like Capitol Records and many more. All this stopped when Waly Disney's brother, Roy O. Disney, suggested their company, Walt Disney Productions (now known as The Walt Disney Company) to form their own record label. Roy enlisted a longtime staffer to head this new division.
