Dory Story is an American animated channel that explains stories submitted by users.[1]

After the success of the animated storytime channel Storybooth, several copycat channels such as My Story Animated, Share My Story, Dory Story, and ACTUALLY HAPPENED began appearing. The main difference between Storybooth and these copycats is that Storybooth's stories are either real or at least realistic, while the copycats often have/had fake and unrealistic stories.
Like the various other copycats, Dory Story contains exaggerated, outlandish, unrealistic, and ultimately fake stories.[2] The channel's videos appear similar to one another in style.[3]
