Dottovu (birthday: July 25) is a South Korean-Canadian YouTuber and voice actor, who mainly focuses on voice acting and other content, such as voice overs for fandubs, comic dubs, covers, and occasionally memes.[1]

Dottovu has been voice acting since 2014.
Their first video was uploaded on March 27, 2015 and was of them practicing voice acting. This was followed later on by a comic dub. They would often upload more voice acting practices, some of which would revolve around common anime tropes and character archetypes.
Many of their videos were dedicated to practicing voice acting in Japanese. They would also upload memes, shitposts, and bloopers of their videos. They do not want to be primarily recognized as a shitposter.
Their first song cover was of the piano version of the Goblin Slayer anime OP.[2] In the same year, they uploaded a cover of PewDiePie's Bitch Lasagna, which became their most viewed video.[3] They would go on to make more parody covers. They also cover songs in Korean, which are only accessible to Patrons.
They have streamed games on Twitch, such as Hades, Hollow Knight, and Ori and the Will Of the Wisps. They are currently on a break from streaming.

Dottovu was born in South Korea, but their family immigrated to Canada when they were three years old. They have one sister.[7][8]

- They first came across voice acting through animations at an early age, which inspired them to pursue voice acting professionally in 2019.
- They are the voice for the Hololive English VTuber Ouro Kronii.
- Dottovu identifies as genderfluid and has not disclosed their gender due to the topic being easy to make fun of and be trolled about.[32][33]
