Dr. Todd Grande is an American YouTuber who makes videos centered around psychology and mental health, amongst commentary and analysis of current events.

Todd's first videos were about mathematics, coding, excel and SPSS. He would also upload powerpoint presentations about counseling, intervies about cognitive behaviour therapy role-play, motivation and theories of counseling.

On September 22, 2017, he uploaded his first video[1] exploring themes of hypothesis and psychology. He would then upload a series of videos highlighting differences between commonly confused terms such as sociopathy and psychopathy, depression and sadness, social anxiety and avoidant persoanlity disorder, obsessions and compulsions and so on. He would also make commentary on personality disorders and mental illnesses. This discussion of psychological disorders would overtake the content of his channel as he would also try to answer questions about moral dilemmas, such as the question of whether alcohol should be illegal. Soon, he would upload videos advising people about signs of abusers, narcissists and psychopaths, as well as giving advice on signs of them and keeping oneself safe from them. Due to the subject matter of the videos, YouTube refused to monetize them, so Todd opened up a Patreon.

In 2020 Todd would feature YouTubers like RecoveryMum on his channel who struggled with mental illness to join his mental illness discussions, and he would also begin commentary on figures from the news such as Chris Watts, Gypsy Rose Blanchard, Jordan Peterson, Phil McGraw, Donald Trump, Kanye West, The Unabomber, Marilyn Monroe, Bobby Fischer, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Sometimes he would psychologically analyze fictional characters like Walter White from Breaking Bad and the protagonist couple of Marriage Story[2][3]. He would also give his opinions on news events and significant figures involved in controversy, including politically polarizing topics such as ANTIFA, The Proud Boys, Alex Jones and the second presidential election, and would continue this In 2021, covering topics such as the Kyle Rittenhouse case.

In 2021, Todd would shift to covering criminal cases, true crime cases, alleged hoaxes, base-breaking issues, breaking news and individuals who garnered fame through social media completely amongst other psychological phenomenon, and it was also around this time he began covering YouTube drama though it barely made up a significant fraction of his content. He has made videos on the behaviour of Dhar Mann, CreepShow Art and Gabby Petito, but still focuses on international/national news and trending events.
