Soliman Mohamed, better known by his stage name Exyl, is an Egyptian-Canadian musician and YouTuber who makes 3D animations for his videos entirely on his own.

History

On June 15, 2018, Exyl's channel was created. The first public video on the channel is from February 1, 2019, which is the music video for his song Never Letting Go. On June 28, 2019, he uploaded the video, Ping! which went unnoticed for several months until around December of the same year where the video went viral.

On December 8th 2025 , Exyl collaborated with Discord in their event "Checkpoint" , where he composed the track Exyl - Discord Checkpoint , played in the background.

Trivia

• He started Ping! 2 as a Megalovania remix on April 5, 2020.
• His discord checkpoint track was made years before its release on a train ride to his childhood hometown , hence the nostalgia inducing effect that track gives.
