Walter Ezequiel Matthysse Bianchettin (born: July 8, 1998), commonly known as Walter Matthysse Jr. or Ezequiel Matthysse, is an Argentine boxer, internet celebrity and influencer.
Personal life[]
He was born in Trelew, Argentina, and gained notoriety in 2012, when a video of him, called "Papá no ves que tengo calzoncillos nuevos?" was published on YouTube. The video went viral with millions of views shortly after being published on the platform.
In the same year, he also began his career as a boxer, winning by knockout in the third round. In 2018 ,he became world amateur champion of the World Boxing Council (WBC), beating North American Jerry Bradford by points in unanimous decision in Los Angeles, California, and became the first Argentine amateur boxer in history to win a title of the CMB.
In 2019, he became the South American amateur champion of the WBC, winning the semifinal and the final of the championship by knockout in the first round. In 2020 he made his debut as a professional boxer winning by knockout in the first round in Córdoba, Argentina.
In 2021, he began his career as a singer.
