Thomas "Tommy" Alves Oliveira (born: August 25, 1993 (1993-08-25) [age 31]), better known online as FaZe Temperrr (also known as Temperrr), is an American YouTuber of Brazilian origin. FaZe Temperrr best recognized as the CEO and owner of the renowned gaming channel FaZe Clan.

YouTube career[]

Oliveira initially started his channel FaZe Temperrr on March 30, 2010. Since then, he has been uploading amusing and fun-filled videos on it. From gaming content and vlogs to roasting and reactions, there’s everything available on this channel that is related to fun and entertainment. Some of the videos one shouldn’t miss watching on the channel FaZe Temperrr are 'Logic vs. FaZe Temperrr (SKATE)', 'A Year in the Life of FaZe Temperrr’ and 'Speaking Portuguese At The Faze House’. The first video showcases a skating competition between Faze and one of his buddies. The second video is a brief description of the occurrences that took place in his life in a year. The third one features the YouTuber and his friend speaking Portuguese. All these videos have earned millions of views till date (as of August 2018). This channel itself has amassed 1.6 million subscribers and 45 million views.

Coming to Oliveira’s major channel, this channel titled FaZe Clan was launched on May 30, 2010. This #1 Call of Duty sniping clan has today become the world's most subscribed to gaming channel. On 1 August 2022, it was announced that Temperrr will fight American rapper Blueface in the co-main event off MF & DAZN X Series 001: KSI vs. Swarmz and KSI vs. Luis Alcaraz Pineda on 27 August, 2022 at The O2 Arena in London.[1] On 10 August it was announced that Temperrr will be fighting Slim Albaher, as Blueface was removed due to an altercation with his girlfriend.[2] On the night of the fight, Temperrr was defeated by Slim via KO in the 2nd round.[3]

On the 17 November 2022, it was announced that Temperrr will be returning to the ring against American YouTuber Overtflow and the bout will be replacing Fangs vs. 6ar6ie6 due to 6ar6ei6 having to deal with legal issues. The bout is scheduled on 19 November 2022 on the undercard of MF & DAZN: X Series 003: Deen the Great vs. Walid Sharks at Moody Center, Austin, Texas. On 19 November 2022 at the event, Temperrr defeated Overtflow via a brutally knocked out within 30 seconds of the 1st round in his return fight.[4]

Temperrr was originally on the undercard with a mystery opponent that would be announced on fight night. However, on 4 January, 2023 Dillon Danis withdrew from the bout due to lack of preparation, lack of a coach, and issues with the contracted weight.[5] That same day it was announced that Temperrr will be KSI's opponent, replacing Danis within a weeks notice.[6] On 4 January, Temperrr was defeated by KSI via 1st Round KO.[7]

On 10 February, it was announced that Temperrr had signed a multi-fight deal with Misfits Boxing.[8]

In August 2023, it was reported that Temperrr will have his first fight nine months after his KSI loss. On August 30, it was announced that Temperrr would be facing English TikTok star and YouTuber Ginty on the co-main event of MF & DAZN: X Series 009: Idris Virgo vs. Aaron Chalmers at the Vertu Motors Arena in Newcastle upon Tyne, England on September 23.[9] On the night of the fight, Temperrr sensation delivered a flurry of punches in the corner early into the first and ended up connecting on two powerful right hands that knocked Ginty to the canvas. Ginty was able to return to his feet to keep the fight going, but FaZe Temperrr quickly moved in for another offensive flurry. This time around, Temperrr dropped Ginty in the corner and he wasn’t able to recover.[10]

On April 12, 2024, it was announced that Temperrr would participate in the MFB Cruiserweight Title Tournament, where the winner would be crowned the new MFB cruiserweight champion. He was matched up with Mexican internet personality Papi Luisito for the quarter-final of the tournament.[11] On June 21, Misfits announced on social media that X Series 16 would headline Temperrr against American internet personality Josh Brueckner for August 10 at the James L Knight Centre in Miami, Florida, US.[12] On the night of the fight, Temperrr was defeated by Brueckner via 2nd round technical knockout.[13]

On December 23, 2021, it was announced on Twitter that Temperrr will be making his boxing debut at ShowStar Boxing titled, US vs. UK against English YouTuber and Beta Squad member King Kenny. Temperrr and Kenny went all 5 rounds, with a close fight between the two. The fight as awarded to Kenny, which caused considerable backlash from the public with most of them saying Temperrr was robbed of his victory after working so hard. 5 days later a correction was made saying that the result was a unanimous decision victory for Temperrr.
