Katy (born: May 31, 1991), better known online as FalseSymmetry (or simply False), is an English YouTuber known for being a member of the Minecraft server "Hermitcraft". She is a former graphic designer.

Hermitcraft[]
False joined HermitCraft in Season 2, and uploaded her first episode, on June 21, 2014. Zueljin joined at the same time. The first episode featured Mumbo Jumbo and Xisumavoid, and many other Hermits (HermitCraft members) left comments welcoming her. She has been active in every HermitCraft season since.

Season 2: June 25, 2022 — Current
Empires SMP is a modified Minecraft server, where the objective is for players to establish their own empires to trade goods and resources with other empires, as well as wage wars. False joined in Season 2 where a newer version was created in 1.19. She founded a steampunk-themed Empire on the side of a Mountain Biome called "Cogsmeade." She plays an amnesic tinkerer from another world who mysteriously woke up in this one.
In Season 2, there was a crossover with Hermitcraft and Empires through a rift that was in both of the servers.
MC Championship[]
MC Championship is a Minecraft Tournament for YouTubers and streamers run by the Noxcrew, in which 10 teams of four compete in a series of 8 minigames decided by the participants. A point multiplier makes each game worth more as each round passes, incentivizing teams to vote for games they might be bad at early on in the event. In the end, the two teams with the most points face off in a round of 'Dodgebolt' to decide the winner of the tournament. This makes it possible for a team to win despite potentially having fewer points than the runner-up.

Trivia[]
- In September 2020, she got a Toy Poodle named Bear.[1]
- In late 2017, she produced five videos on JackSucksAtLife's server Skycade. However, she left the server shortly afterwards.
- All of her video descriptions contain at least these emojis:"✌", "☯" and "☮".
- She also often uses emojis in her video titles.
- All of her videos end with the sentence "When Stanley approached the end of the video, he clicked the subscribe button".
- Around Hermitcraft Season 3, Mumbo Jumbo was asked on a regular basis if False was his girlfriend. This was never the case.
- She came up with her username by picking two words at random until she came up with FalseSymmetry.
