His first MrBeast challenge was Last To Take Hand Off Lamborghini, Keeps It. He competed with his girlfriend, Cassandra who got out in the Top 11. Since he was the person to keep his hand on the $300,000 Lamborghini the longest, he won the sports car.[1]

In October 2023, Panayiotou uploaded a video where he and 3 other people attempted to cross Japan for free. In the video, Panayiotou could be seen avoiding train fares by hiding in the train's bathroom, claiming to have fallen ill when confronted. Another clip from the video shows him pretending to be a hotel guest in order to get free food.[3][4][5]

The video and Panayiotou's actions received widespread negative feedback, with Japanese railway company JR Kyushu stating that they were investigating the video.[6] YouTube themselves later deleted the video and several other similar videos.
