Jeremy, better known online as PenguinPlayz, is an American YouTuber who uploads Minecraft gameplay videos.

History

Jeremy created his YouTube channel on December 17, 2015, however, he didn't start uploading videos to the channel until August 22, 2016. Originally, he primarily uploaded Roblox content. The first video uploaded to the channel was titled First video and features a Pokémon-themed Roblox roleplay game.

On May 6, 2018, he started uploading Fortnite gameplay videos. One of his Fortnite videos, Theater roleplay fortnite blew up and received over four million views. On May 29, 2019, he announced in a video that he created his own Minecraft multiplayer server, which is no longer up for service. Later, he stopped uploading Fortnite videos entirely. His final Fortnite video was a livestream on July 4, 2019. Currently, his uploads are almost exclusively Minecraft gameplays.

He has been struggling to make his channel take off with his Minecraft videos, averaging around 120 views instead of the 1,000 views that he would get on Fortnite videos. He does a Skyblock stream on Saturdays, but sometimes ends up on Sundays for unknown reasons. On October 27, 2020, he abandon the channel and now uploads on his other channel.

• He stated that the reason he quit Fortnite was because Fortnite is "boring [and the] community is toxic."
  • He went as far as to uninstall the game.
• On August 31, 2019, he was falsely banned from Hypixel because the server's anticheat system thought he was using an autoclicker. He was unbanned one month later on September 29.
