Sir Robert Bryson Hall II (born: January 22, 1990 (1990-01-22) [age 34]), known professionally as Logic, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer and author, as well as a streamer and author. As a rapper, Logic has released six studio albums and received two Grammy Award nominations.

Early life[]

Logic was raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland, where Logic developed an interest in music as a teenager. He ventured into a musical career in early 2009, releasing Logic: The Mixtape and a following mixtape titled Young, Broke & Infamous in 2010. He eventually signed with the Visionary Music Group, he subsequently released three additional mix-tapes over three years. His fourth mixtape, named Young Sinatra: Welcome to Forever, was released to critical acclaim and allowed Logic to secure a recording contract with Def Jam Recordings.

He's biracial, being born from a black father and a white mother.

Personal life[]

On July 16, 2020, Logic announced his retirement from rapping and released his sixth album No Pressure on July 24, 2020. While the album was marketed as his final release, he would later officially return in June 2021, releasing his mixtape Bobby Tarantino III a month later.

He since has been streaming on Twitch and running a gaming channel under the name Logic.
